My place is close to NAIA International Airport, SM Bicutan, restaurants/dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the light, the cosiness, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
- Communicate your arrival and departure times.

- Make sure to lock the door and close the window whenever you leave the condo unit.
- Turn off all electrical appliances(Aircon, TV, Fan, Electric Stove, etc.) when leaving the unit.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit.
- Check-in is at 2 pm, and check-out is by 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests(only if possible) may be granted without additional charge.
- No parties, outside visitors, and overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
- Return all keys.
- Please dispose trash properly.
- Please contact only host for any help needed.
- In case of damages and lost items, corresponding charges will apply.
- Please report any damages and/or breakages.
- Maps and written instructions/directions on how to find the place are provided upon request.
- Free parking for cars on a first come, first served basis. Car sticker provided for 12 hours parking.
