Positive: Spacious for family

Negative: The bathroom needed renovation. mouldy the whole bathroom even in the ceiling. Bad for health. Also the ceiling in the bedrooms has some molds ..some days no water is available. On our last night we didn't have water available to Use for shower. Also please use better furniture like sofas. My small son sat down and fell through the couch and hurt himself.

Summary: Just need a deep clean and your place has the potential to be great accommodation.
