Summary: Overrated and expensive for what you pay for. Staff was friendly and attentive. My room got downgraded from what I paid for. Booking company supposedly had to fight for my refund by calling Westin in Mexico City, Mexico. Only got refunded for one nights difference, when I was downgraded and moved to another room for 2 nights. Kinda upset!! Like above, place is overrated and very expensive. Went down the beach and got a beach front room for 1/3 the cost w/same view! Paid $4k pesos instead of $15k pesos I had paid at Cadlao.
