Positive: This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in so far. We celebrated our 2nd year wedding anniversary and the hotel does provide decoration packages to make the room more lovely with petal roses and balloons. And they gave us a slice of cake as complimentary. The room is big enough and the bathroom is awesome! And the room smells good too because they provided the essential oils of your choosing. The check-in process was good, the amenities were great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a bridge that connects to the Pavilion KL mall. Quite convenient. The breakfast selection was pretty awesome too. Maybe not all are as tasty but most of them are delicious enough for us. It was very fulfilling.

Negative: I honestly can't think of any. The room size and the cleanliness and the amenities provided was satisfactory. Nothing to complain about.

Summary: One of the best hotels to celebrate anniversaries with loved ones!
