Bright fully equipped apartment, next to the beautiful beach of Torre de Benagalbón (Rincon de la Victoria). Quiet area with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It has two bedrooms, one of them with a small Andalusian patio; a toilet and a bathroom. It also has a nice outdoor terrace to enjoy the magnificent climate of the area. WIFI, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms and lounge. –Facilities: Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook. A bathroom and a toilet; large living room with TV. Two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. A nice patio in the main room and a terrace open to the living-dining room. IMPORTANT: The tub has been recently changed for a shower. –Services: The house is fully-equipped, it has Wi-Fi and full facilities for our guests: a washing machine, air conditioning (cold/heat), TV, coffee machine, kettle, hairdryer, iron, cot/crib for baby, etc. We have two bicycles available to our guests for free. It is a comfortable and healthy way to discover different beaches and paths in the area. We will give you accurate information to help you enjoy the nearby towns and cities as well as its beaches and natural parks in Axarquía and the Costa del Sol. –Next to the sea: The apartment is located just three minutes walk from the beautiful beach of of Torre de Benagalbón, it’s possible to see the sea from the terrace. Supermarkets (Mercadona) are also near and all type of shops and restaurants, just like a sports centre and the golf court of Añoreta. Less than a five-minute walk away is the museum collection and the remains of Villa Antioca, one of the best-preserved Roman villas in Spain. –Places of interest: The apartment is very well connected by motorway to all of the Costa del Sol, and in a privileged location to explore some of the main cities in Andalucía (Málaga is just less than 20 minutes by car and Granada one hour and a half). You also can use public transport to go to Málaga or Vélez-Málaga, Torre del Mar and other coastal cities. –To consider: BATHROOM: The main bathroom has been completely renovated, and the bathtub that appears in the photos has been replaced by a comfortable and spacious shower. NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment and in the common areas of the building. Smoking is allowed on the terrace of the apartment. CHECK IN: Arrivals at the accommodation is from 15:00, but we make an effort to receive our guests at the time they need, upon request. Late check in service: €90 for arrivals after 22:00 PETS: Pets are welcome, the owners will be responsible for the well-being of the animal and for any damage they may cause. The rules of the house and the community of owners must be taken into account. €10 will be charged for the entire reservation, as we must carry out a special cleaning to avoid harming allergic guests. We can provide bed and feeder-drinker, upon request. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
