Our bright, mountain-facing flat is in a quiet part of Annecy-le-vieux. You'll love having lunch on the south-facing balcony facing Mont Veyrier after a day at the lake (15min walk/5min bike ride), in the countryside or in the town centre (25min walk/10min bike ride).
The flat is on the 5th floor with lift and offers a 180° view of the mountains.
We want you to have a great stay with us!
Our flat is a 38 m² T1 bis comprising a living room with a double bed and a sitting area, a separate fully-equipped kitchen (oven, kettle, coffee machine + basic ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, chocolate, sugar, etc.) and a bathroom.
Each room opens onto a balcony facing the mountains, unoverlooked and in the sun most of the day.
We live 800m away, so we can react quickly if you need us (and can easily lend you our raclette machine if you wish!).
We leave a small card in the flat with our local recommendations (restaurant, bakery, cheese shop, walks and activities etc...)!
The little extra: we lend you 2 bikes! (Perfect for short trips around Annecy, but not suitable for touring the lake, for example).
The flat has fast wifi, a TV, a fan, heating and a washing machine (bring your own washing powder). A high chair is available. There is no air conditioning.
The building has a free private car park where there is always space. A remote control will be lent to you on arrival so that you can open the barrier.
Smokers and celebrations of events are not permitted. Pets are accepted for a small supplement.
