Our 3bedroom penthouse is a 5-minute walk to the beach. We are located in Station 1, known for having the most powdery, white sand beach, and clearest blue waters in entire Boracay. The unit can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people, additional person fee starts at the 5th person. We are conveniently located close to the beach, supermarket, department store, and local shops.
The space
Asiana Villas is a secured residential place, with 24 hrs security, parking for motorbikes and a massive pool with sun beds (pool is currently NOT available) . The penthouse itself is fully furnished with wifi connection, kitchen that is fully equipped for your cooking, a den with hammock and office area, and a balcony facing the pool .
The penthouse is a two level- loft. 3 Bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, an office den, 3 TV's, Netflix, and lots of Asian art and furniture.

We are on the 3rd floor, accessible only by stairs and no access/ramps for wheelchairs.
